Assembly Magic was formed in late 2021 by Merv Smith & Shane Seymour. Prior to this Merv had been operating Ezy Assembly for almost 10 years and Shane had been a customer for almost 6 years. Shane had succesfully been operating the Business TV Magic for over 15 years and now grown successfully to over 30 Franchisees.

With Merv's business gaining momentum he began researching ideas to expand and with Shane came that opportunity. From this Assembly Magic was born.

Michael joined Assembly Magic in 2024 and brings with him a wealth of experience from installing portable kitchens and brand development. He has supervised, installed and even fabricated many items in Commercial Kitchens and branched out into his own brand of homewares. He has built many Flat Packs in his previous work and now with our support he will be part of our team. He hails from Wales, but has been in Australia since 1999 and of course even married a local! He is an avid and accomplished snow skier and enjoys spending time with his 2 grandkids here on the Gold Coast.

Ben became our FIRST FRANCHISEE in January 2022 and has quickly become experienced in all facets of Flast Pack Assembly. He has built a strong database of customers, many of whom utilise him time and time again.

His Customer Service skills have become as strong as his ability to assemble EVERY Flay Pack you can think of!

MERV - GOLD COAST FRANCHISEE Merv has in excess of 10 years experience in building Flat Packs Professional and an entire lifetime of Customer Service Experience. His attention to detail is second to none, with the speed and accuracy worthy of his title of Training Co-Ordinator for the Franchise Group. He is the ORIGINAL Technician, the First Franchisee and the Co-Owner of the Assembly Magic Pty Ltd, the Franchise Group.

Brendan has joined the team at Assembly Magic in Bundaberg & the Fraser Coast. This family man resides in Bundaberg and will Service the Wide Bay area. Brendan will be our first Hybrid Owner, operating both TV & Assembly Magic in the area! He has a wealth of experience even working as a delivery driver for Fantastic Furniture which also included assembling a lot of their items!
